Shipping in the USA

Shipping is complimentary within the USA on wallpaper, fabric by the yard, accessories, & samples. We ship wallpaper, fabric & pillow orders via UPS Ground (with signature required). Samples, masks & scrunchies ship via USPS First Class with tracking whenever possible.

International Shipping

We can ship internationally upon request. Please get in touch & we will provide a shipping quote specific to your location. BRIANA DEVOE assumes no liability for duties, taxes or any other fees incurred upon receipt of our products. The end customer is responsible for paying the customs duties.

Lead Times

Samples ~ Ship immediately, please expect 5-7 business days to arrive. If you need your samples more faster please get in touch to arrange expedited shipping.  

Wallpaper ~ 5-6 weeks, plus transit time. Rush options available for a fee upon request.

Fabric by the yard ~ 2-3 weeks, plus transit time. Rush options available for a fee upon request.

Pillows ~ 2-3 weeks, plus transit time. Rush options available for a fee upon request .

Return Policy

All made to order products (ie. wallpaper, fabric by the yard, & pillows) are FINAL SALE. We recommend ordering a sample prior to purchasing to ensure you’re happy with your final purchase. Masks & scrunchies are non-returnable for hygienic reasons.

Claims

The client is responsible for inspecting all products to unsure they are undamaged before installation. All claims must be made within 10 days of delivery. Inspect your wallpaper, fabric, and pillows for defects prior to installation. Correct design, color, & quantity should be verified. No claims will be honored after merchandise has been cut or hung. No labor claims will be honored for any reason. The highest quality of workmanship is employed in the production of our products. Careful inspection is made before shipping, however, final inspection & approval are the ultimate responsibility of the customer.
